A Week in Training

Here is an example of a a little over a week’s worth of training:

A range session together

Four powerlifting centered workouts (squat, bench, overhead press and deadlift) and accessory work.

Four conditioning workouts consisting of 12 exercises with 30 seconds work, 15 seconds rest per exercise.

A hypertrophy workout.

As well as a second quick range session while teaching at work.
