WOD: 6/1/2017

Today’s conditioning workout:
Toss a 50 lb sandbag in the tire

Flip the 400lb tire

Grab the 80 lb keg and move it down 50 feet

Repeat until you have flipped the tire 50 feet down and 50 feet back

This video switches back and forth between us but we do these separate, one goes continuously while the other films.
