WOD: 6/2/2017

Another long day teaching at the range for followed by a burner workout together after the kids were in bed.
We did the following while wearing plate carriers:

Yoke walk with @spudincstraps straps (150ft)

Run 150ft (75 down and back)

1 minute GHD Sit ups

Run 150ft (75 down and back)

1 minute Russian twists

Run 150 ft

Duck walk with 100 lbs for 150ft

Run 150 ft

Log clean and press x5

Run 150 ft

1 minute Assault Airbike 

This video switches back and forth between us, but we do these separate, one goes continuously while the other films
