WOD: 6/3/2017

Today’s conditioning was a 12 round core focused circuit. 30 seconds on and 15 seconds rest/ time to get to the next movement. It consisted of these 12 exercises:
GHD raises

GHD sit ups

Kettle bell swings

Russian twists

Goblet squats

Ab wheel

Kettle bell stabilizer walks

Bag of body parts

Medicine ball pass behinds

Bar overhead sit ups using a Kabuki Boomstick

Sledge hits

Band pull downs

Many of these movements are from Combat Strength Training
