WOD: 6/4/2017

Workout time! After our powerlifts we did the following for conditioning:
Yoke walk with @spudincstraps straps 150ft

Tire flip

5 Zercher squats

Tire flip

Zercher walk (about 200 ft starting in the garage)

Tire flip

Duck walk 150ft

Tire flip

Keg carry 150ft

Tire flip

Sandbag run 150ft


This video switches back and forth between us, but we do these separate, one goes continuously while the other films.
