WOD: 6/9/2017

Another day where the weather changed every 5 minutes, we had clear, overcast, sunny with rain all within 15 minutes during our finisher workout. This was done as a core/leg finisher to our squat workout today.
We did the following:

Yoke walk with Spud straps (150ft)

Tire flip

Atlas stone (or sandbag) over the shoulder

Tire flip

Keg carry 150 ft

Tire flip

Duck walk

Tire flip
Sled drag 150ft
Tire flip

Zercher carry 150 ft
This video switches back and forth between us but we do these separate, one goes continuously while the other films
