WOD: 6/10/2017


Today’s conditioning was a 12 round core focused circuit. 30 seconds on and 15 seconds rest/ time to get to the next movement. It consisted of these 12 exercises:
Battle ropes

GHD raises

GHD sit ups

Log clean and press

Kettle bell swings

Russian twists

Goblet squats

Jump rope

Bar overhead sit ups 

Bag of body parts

Band pull downs

Air bike sprint
