After a long and productive day training at the range but we came home a pushed ourselves through a conditioning workout. We did the following on a 10 min timer:
Keg carries 50 ft
Sled drag 50 ft
Duck walk 50 ft
Every other movement flip the 400 lb tire
So for example walk the keg down, bring the duck walk back, flip the tire, drag the sled down, carry the keg back, flip the tire and repeat until the timer goes off.
This video switches back and forth between us, but we do these separate, one goes continuously while the other films.
