WOD: 6/13/2017

Today marks day one of Amanda’s bikini competition cut and one of my last vacation days to do massive workouts together. So we started the morning with faster cardio. Late afternoon we did our lifts and finished it off with this for conditioning:
Yoke walk 150 ft

Log clean and press x5

Keg carries 150 ft

Atlas stone/sandbag over the shoulder

Sandbag clean x5

Run with sandbag 150 ft

Duck walk 150 ft

Explosive sled drag 150 ft
This video switches back and forth between us, but we do these separate, one goes continuously while the other films.
