WOD 6/14/17

While we’re cutting, Brooks and I are still focusing on our main lifts while incorporating more hypertrophy and accessory work. I began with heavy squats and did glute accessory work. Brooks did heavy deadlifts then moved to biceps and back hypertrophy. 

We’ve also did 15 minutes of fasted cardio on the Assault air bike this morning.
