WOD 6/23/17

I had the great opportunity to coach my sister in law today and put her through a kicker booty workout! 

We went through 3 rounds of:

  • Side steps with the hip circle 
  • Goblet squats x10
  • GHD raises x10
  • Hip thrusts x10
  • Lunges x10

Brooks did an arm focused workout.
