WOD 6/28/17

We did a quick core focused medley today. It was the perfect combination of conditioning and strength work and really burned out our cores!

1 min GHD sit-ups

5 log clean and press

1 min Russian twists

150 ft duck walk

1 min bag of body parts

150 ft overhead kettlebell stabilizer walk

1 min bar overhead sit-ups using the @kabukistrengthlab boomstick

150 ft zercher carry
