This protein pancake recipe is amazing, hands down! I’ve never been one to enjoy alternative recipes that increase protein or make the dish healthier but I actually like these as much, if not a little more, than regular pancakes.
Another bonus is they are incredibly fast and easy to make!
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- Cinnamon (to your taste)
- Vanilla (to your taste)
Add all ingredients together and blend until smooth!
Cook just like regular pancakes and enjoy!
We top ours either with maple syrup or peanut butter but feel free to experiment with toppings as well.
