Ended the week with another great leg day. Just like on Monday, Brooks was gone for SWAT training so I did another solo lifting session! 

Kabuki Strength Lab Duffalo bar squats

Hip abductors with the slingshot hip circle 

Air squats w/hip circle 

Weighted lunges 

Glute bridges 

Hip thrusts 

400m run x 4 w/30 seconds rest between each round
