Today Brooks and I were able to get a great workout in together after a busy week.
We warmed up with some atlas stone work. We both did reps bringing the stone to our chest (16″ for a Brooks and 14″ for me) and then Brooks did stone over the shoulder reps with the 14″ stone.
We then did upper body lifting focusing on our biceps and shoulders.
For conditioning we did 6 rounds of:
50 ft push sled
Run 50 ft
