Custom tailored goal oriented workout plans. Amanda will work with you on developing a training plan for your specific needs based on lifestyle, goals, what equipment you have available and physical limitations or abilities. Amanda will then coach you through movements and custom tailored workout routines to reach those goals. The Basic program includes an initial and monthly hour long phone call, weekly email and check ins. The advanced program adds a second hour long phone call every month as well as the option to text questions as they come up. The Premier Option includes diet and meal planning as well.
