Having fun doing our conditioning workout together today. This is after we both did a long lift workout (booty for her and bench press for me).

Harness sled drag 150 ft

Atlas Stone over the shoulder (just me)

Keg carry 150 ft

Log clean and press x5

Duck walk 150 ft

Tire flip

Push sled 150 ft

Amanda is rocking her new bikini I got her as part of our clothing shopping spree to celebrate starting the business and her Bikini competition prep.
