Happy 4th of July!

Brooks and I hit a great lifting workout (chest for me and squats for him) and then we ended with a quick and effective conditioning medley:

1 min battle ropes

150 ft run

1 min Russian twists

150 ft run

150 ft overhead kettlebell stabilizer

150 ft run

1 min GHD sit-ups

150 ft run
