WOD 7/6/17 

Today was a full workout day for us! 

We started the morning with 15 minutes of fasted cardio on the air bike then ate and rested for a bit. 

For our lifting Brooks used our new trap bar for some deadlifts and our new Rogue Fitness matador for tricep dips. I did shoulders again. 

Our conditioning medley was an awesome one!
