WOD 7/8/17

Brooks and I had fun with another great workout today! We were able to consistently get hard workouts in everyday and today was no different. We began with lifts and then moved onto our conditioning workout. Wearing plate carriers with three loaded mags:

100 ft yoke walk

Tire flip 

100 ft push sled 

Tire flip 

100 ft duck walk 

Tire flip 

100 ft keg carry
