As we get farther into prep we are constantly looking for quick and tasty recipes that hit our macros at the same time! This tilapia recipe is very easy and customizable to your taste buds.
Salt and pepper two pounds thawed tilapia fillets. You can add other seasoning as well.
Add pats of butter onto the fillets amounting to approximately 1 tablespoon on each. We use Kerrygold Garlic and Herb butter. This can be eliminated if it doesn’t fit your macros.
We cook the tilapia on our Traeger at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until the thickest part of the fish flakes easily with a fork. You also can cook the tilapia in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
The finished, portioned out product! You can eat the fillets with rice, salad, salsa, or sweet potatoes. For a quick vegetable option we make a salad kit!
