WOD 7/11/17 

Today was another sunny day in the PNW and we took full advantage of it! 

Our conditioning workout consisted of:

100 ft drag sled with the harness 

100 ft yoke walk 

100 ft push sled 

100 ft duck walk

5 log clean and press 

100 ft keg carry 

Tire flip 

100 ft sandbag run 

We followed our conditioning workout with some skill work. Brooks did sets of keg clean and press and I worked on the atlas stone again.
