Today we were able to get both a lifting workout and conditioning workout in. We had an audience for our conditioning workout since the littles decided they didn’t want to nap! We enjoy being able to demonstrate and pass on our passion for health and fitness to our kids!
For lifts, I hit a quick leg workout and Brooks did arms.
For our conditioning workout we did a core focused medley of:
100 ft circus dumbbell carry
1 min Russian twists
100 ft log overhead carry
1 min GHD sit-ups
15 Kabuki strength shoulderök swings
1 min bag of body parts
