WOD 7/17/17 

We took a much needed rest day yesterday and jumped right back into our workouts today. Today’s conditioning workout was a kicker! Brooks and I did: 

Texas Power Concepts circus bell/dumbbell press 

100 ft Beast Metals farmers walk 

Atlas stone/sandbag over the shoulder 

100 ft log bar overhead walk 

100 ft keg carry 

100 ft duck walk

100 ft push sled 

100 ft drag sled
