WOD 7/24/17 

Brooks had SWAT training today so I had a solo workout today. I had an incredible client training session today and did the same workout I programmed for her! 

Post shoulder workout: 

30 seconds kettlebell swings 

100 ft run 

30 seconds Russian twists 

100 ft run

30 seconds bar overhead sit-ups using the Kabuki Strength Lab boomstick 

100 ft run 

30 seconds jump rope

100 ft run 

30 seconds battle ropes 

100 ft run
