WOD 7/27/17 

Today’s workout was core focused with some cardio sprinkled in! I’ve been dealing with some general muscle fatigue/soreness in my forearms (it happens if I train arms too much with too heavy of weight) and due to that I had to take it a bit easier on my battle ropes and shoulderök. Listening to your body and letting it recover is so important for longevity! 

Our workout was:

10 burpees 

1 min GHD sit-ups 

150 ft overhead kettlebell stabilizer 

1 min battle ropes 

10 Kabuki Strength Lab shoulderök swings each side 

1 min Russian twists
