WOD 7/30/17 

Today was an active recovery day for us so we did a cardio heavy conditioning medley. 
Circus dumbbell press (fatbell press for me) 

30 seconds jump rope 

100 ft push sled 

30 seconds agility ladder 

100 ft drag sled 

30 seconds kettlebell swings 

100 ft overhead keg carry 

30 seconds Russian twists 

100 ft atlas stone/sandbag carry
