WOD: 8/1/2017

 

 


We had a long day of running errands together and bumped our workouts way later than normal. For our conditioning we did a suicide run.

For this you have three implements, two at the start and one a set distance away (50 ft for this one). You walk/carry/push/drag one implement from the starting point to the end point, swap implements and bring a new one back, then the process repeats. You do this non stop for a set time period.

For our workout tonight it was:

Farmers carry
Sled push
Overhead keg carry

10 minutes was the time
