WOD 8/4/17

It’s still super smoky here in the PNW due to a lot of forest fires up north. The air quality is pretty bad so that’s added an extra challenge to our workouts but we still get them done! Today’s conditioning medley consisted of:

150 ft log overhead carry 

Tire flip 

150 ft farmers walk with Beast Metals handles 

Tire flip 

150 ft sled drag 

Tire flip 

150 ft Keg carry 

Tire flip 

Atlas stone/sandbag over shoulder 

Tire flip 

150 ft Push sled

Tire flip
