WOD 8/5/17

We took a break from heavy carries today and focused on core movements and exhausting our ATP stores. 

We both wore plate carriers for added weight as well! 

1 min GHD sit-ups 

1 min sled drag (160 lbs) 

1 min Russian twists 

1 min sled push (155 lbs) 

1 min kettlebell overhead stabilizers
