Here is a rundown of what we have in our garage gym. While we have a lot of equipment now, we certainly did not start like this. At the old house we started with a cheap squat stand/GHD all in one thing, an old Olympic bar a friend gave me, 300 lbs of iron weights and a cheap Walmart adjustable bench. Slowly things like a used squat rack was added, kettle bells etc. when we bought our new house we sold any of the old gear that wasn’t great and invested in a Rogue R6 rack. Some gear had already been upgraded by then so we brought it along too. We slowly have added gear or make it ourselves since then.
Here is a rundown of what we have so far:
Rogue Westside Bench
Rogue R6 rack with Matador dip station, wall wall target, monkey bars, and weight storage
