We were feeling our freedom today so both rocked the red white and blue. Today's conditioning workout was a break from heavy carries and focused on our core.
We did the following with 20 seconds max between exercises to get to the next one:
1 min battle ropes
1 min GHD sit ups
1 min Russian twists
1 min GHD raises
1 min overhead stabilizer walks left hand with Fat Bells.
1 min overhead stabilizer walks right hand
