Today Brooks and I took our workout to the park again! We brought an assortment of gear as a way to not only get a great workout in but also to be able to start conversations with folks about Anchora Salutis Training.
We began by warming up using the hip circle for lateral steps, monster walks, and air squats, and the shoulderök.
We tried out a variety of exercises using our new Bandbell Rhino Flex bar including overhead press, overhead squats, bicep curls, and overhead carries. We also used our kegs, atlas stones, and fatbells for several exercises!
