WOD 8/20/17

Today’s conditioning medley was a burner! Brooks and I did:

100 ft yoke walk 

Tire flip 

100 ft push sled 

Tire flip 

100 ft duck walk with our Strength shop handle 

Tire flip 

10 sledge hits

Tire flip 

100 ft drag sled 

Tire flip 

100 ft overhead carry using the Bandbell Rhino flex bar with Thompson Fatbells suspended with resistance bands
