Mobility and Body Tempering Drills for Active Recovery 

Here are some body tempering and Mobility/mobilization work that we did on our active recovery day. Our goal with this was to help with tightness in muscle groups from the previous week’s workouts as well as prepare our body for the upcoming weeks work. We will change what we do based on our body’s needs every week. We also do more Tempering and mobilization throughout the week before or after lifting sessions.
