WOD 8/23/17

Our conditioning medley today was a shoulder and core killer! We’ve found that overhead carries are some of the best ways to build our abs and strengthen our cores. It also forces us to brace and use Intra Abdominal Pressure correctly! Brooks and I did:

10 sledge hits 

100 ft Beast Metals farmers carry 

100 ft Bandbell rhino flex bar with 2 fatbells suspended by bands overhead carry 

100 ft keg overhead carry 

100 ft fatbell overhead carry
