Today’s conditioning was carry and cardio based and, boy, was it special! 10 sledge hits 

100 ft keg overhead carry 

10 tire box jumps 

100 ft drag sled 

10 burpees 

100 ft circus dumbbell zercher carry 

5 keg clean and press 

100 ft push sled
