WOD 8/25/17 

A little late night solo lifting session for me. Brooks had to go into work early for overtime and I had a bunch of clients so I finally had a chance to get a quick lift in when I got home! 

3×10 fatbell curls (18 lb) 

Drop set of curls to failure 

3×10 Bent over rows (18 lb fatbell)

3×10 Landmine rows (25 lb plate)

3x10Bandbell rhino flex bar curls with two 13 lb fatbells suspended on each side (these are bicep burners!
