WOD: 8/27/2016

Back to a normal conditioning medley today, but it was a hot one for us (pretty rare to be 90 in the PNW in late summer). This workout was all about heavy, odd object carries.

100 ft farmers walk

100 ft keg carry

100 ft Overhead fat bell carry

100 ft front carry with an atlas stone

100 ft zercher style carry with the Circus DB
