WOD: 8/28/2017

We did a really exerting conditioning workout today in 90* plus weather. It didn’t help that we both had lifted and done skill work on the Atlas Stones first, so we were smoked when this was done!

1 minute battle ropes

100 ft sled drag 160 lbs

20 sledge hits

1 minute Russian twists

100 ft sled push 155lbs

100 ft overhead walk with the Rhino flex bar with two fat Bells suspended by bands
