Self Application Body Tempering/Mobility Drills

Here is some body tempering and Mobility/mobilization drills that you can do by yourself. Our previous videos focused on partner applications, everything you see here can be done by yourself with body tempering tools such as the Kabuki ones we use, but homemade or custom options work. Lacrosse balls work in place of the Acumobility balls, they just move around a lot more and are difficult to have consistent application.
We change what we do based on our body’s needs for preparation for a day’s workouts or recovery from workout or injury. For this video we tried to cover a wide variety of common problem areas as well as areas that typically benefit from some work prior to getting in position for a lift. Think of this as triage work rather than recovery work.
