To shred down and retain or even gain muscle mass requires both proper nutrition choices and a physical fitness routine. There is tons of information out there online, but it can take years of trial and error to find what works together and what can be maintained for the long term.
This is not a cookie cutter program where we click a button and email everyone the same program! Our diet and fitness program includes custom tailored goal oriented workout plans for each week of the program. We will work with you on developing a training plan for your specific needs based on lifestyle, goals, what equipment you have available and physical limitations or abilities. The workouts you receive (3-4 a weekl!) will be for you based on what you tell us!
Nutrition is the single hardest part for the vast majority of people when it comes to getting the body composition you want. You cannot out workout a poor diet. That doesn’t mean you have to unnecessarily eliminate foods or change your lifestyle completely. With proper planning, goal setting, planning out what you eat and tracking you can get the body you want without crash dieting that cannot be sustained. With this program we will coach you weekly on your diet and meal planning. This involves going over your weekly food log, adjusting your caloric and macronutrient goals. Help with what food to buy, meal timing and meal preparation advice.
This program is not easy or for people looking for a quick fix. What you get is proven programming custom to your goals, needs, lifestyle and what you enjoy.
