We hosted our first Strongman Saturday and it was an absolute blast! We were able to run some people through a couple of our strongman medleys as well as show our gym layout. We will be hosting our second one on Saturday September 16 from 12-2! You can find the event on our Facebook page:…
Today we decided to take some gear to the park for a fun workout by the water! The weather was gorgeous and we were able to get a great workout in as well as talk to some folks about our business and strongman gear.
