Amanda offers both in personal and online training. Specializing in weight loss, fat loss, body recomposition, conditioning and strength coaching.

Amanda Laughlin is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).

Personal Training: Bellingham, WA

Amanda will come to your home in Bellingham Washington and the greater Whatcom County Area with equipment and a custom plan for you based on your goals. She will work with you on developing a training plan for your specific needs based on lifestyle, goals and physical limitations or abilities. Amanda will then coach you through movements and custom tailored workout routines to reach those goals.

We have a wide assortment of equipment to bring to you to work on strength, conditioning, mobility, toning, fat loss and overall health improvement.  These include kettle bells, weights, battle ropes, sand bags, resistance bands, medicine balls, abdominal training tools,  kegs, push and pull sleds.  Our workouts are designed to makes it fun, offers a lot of variety, keeps clients from getting bored, they are intense and challenging.

Sessions are $30 an hour, with discounts for multiple session packages.

Everything we do is custom for the clients’ goals, strength level, limitations and experience. All the equipment shown here can be scaled up or down depending on those factors (don’t worry we handle that part).

Fitness Coaching

Custom tailored goal oriented workout plans. She will work with you on developing a training plan for your specific needs based on lifestyle, goals, what equipment you have available and physical limitations or abilities. Amanda will then coach you through movements and custom tailored workout routines to reach those goals. Accountability check ins. Goal setting to include homework, progress reports and skill sheets.

While diet/meal planning and fitness coaching are typically packaged together in our Premier Coaching Plan for most clients, we do offer them separate. We will work on a custom tailored meal plan for you based on your goals, dietary likes, dietary limitations,

Law Enforcement Physical Ability Test Preparation

Brooks Laughlin will work with you on a detailed, week by week plan to help you prepare for a Law Enforcement PAT test. This will be tailored for your state or academy’s test and the weekly plan will be based on your current level of fitness and performance on the individual events. Brooks has over 11 years of experience as a full time police officer in Washington State. Brooks spent five of these years assigned full time to the training unit with his department.  During this time her helped proctor the entry level for the agency numerous times, as well as took new officers down to the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission for the Academy entrance PAT test.  During this time he saw common pitfalls and strategies to help candidates be successful.

Fire Department Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT) Preparation 

Amanda Laughlin spent six years as a volunteer Firefighter. Amanda has specific exercises and ways for clients to prepare to pass the eight events of the CPAT.  As a smaller framed female she discovered the need to strategize in a unique and fun way to prepare for the strength and endurance needed to be successful for when she took and passed the CPAT.
