The Basic program includes an initial and monthly hour long phone call, weekly email and check ins. Custom at Home Workout Plans
An issue folks can run into when researching fitness programs to do at home is the large expense behind purchasing all the equipment required. Even at home programs you can find online, are often written with special equipment, which means you have to purchase additional or specific equipment in order to follow the program. These programs require you to invest sometimes hundreds of dollars into equipment in order to follow that particular program. I’ve personally run into this issue where I found a workout program but didn’t own all the equipment and there was no listed alternatives to incorporate into the workout. With this plan, I will assemble an eight week customized workout program, 24 workouts total, based upon your current equipment availability or write you one that requires no equipment at all. Booty Builder E-Book and Coaching Packages
How I built my booty! I have put together an eight week plan for people of all levels of experience to work towards building a bikini ready booty. Included in this program is a detailed three day a week booty workout program. There are weekly progressions, logs to track progress, This book has three different ways of running the routine, bodyweight only (with no equipment needed), with a single kettle bell (dumbbells and medicine balls work too), as well as an a method for using free weights such as an olympic barbell. Most folks could use this program three times in a row: do eight weeks with body weight, progress to 8 weeks with a kettle bell and then eight weeks with barbell lifts. All and all you could run this program for 24 weeks!

Law Enforcement Physical Test Preparation E-Book and Coaching Packages
This is a six week program designed to get candidates ready for Law Enforcement Physical Ability Tests (PAT). This program has three weekly workouts (with a bonus strength day), all designed to increase your fitness, endurance and strength in the areas needed to successfully pass the events commonly seen in PT tests. The focus of this program/E-Book is to improve the 1.5 mi run, sprint, push ups, sit ups, pull ups, wall hurdle and dummy drag. This program includes logs to track your progress.
Brooks Laughlin has over 11 years of experience as a police officer, range master and SWAT Operator in Washington State. Brooks spent five of these years assigned full time to the training unit with his department.
